Shipping Policy

Here at the Lair, we aim to please.

Readymade items will be shipped within 7 business days.

Custom orders should be shipped within 3 weeks (unless you're notified of a delay)

We do our best to ensure all your items arrive whole, with padding and fragile tape. There is, however, a chance of a small piece being dislodged while in transit. These should be easy for you to fix. If it's a major break, please send photos of the packaging and product for a refund.
